There're Soooooooo many reality shows out there right now you practically have to wade through it to get the stuff you really wanna watch. There's so much bullcrap you have ta look hard to find the good stuff. There's also the in-between shows, more or less watchable but nothing spectacular.
I've always enjoyed watching The Amazing Race. It's my personal favourite but it could be due to the fact I like watching Channel 11, Discovery Travel. The only problem with participating is that they prob have no time to really enjoy the sights at their leisure.
The Apprentice is another show I find to be a good watch. It can be quite an eye-opener how different people treat each other once they enter the boardroom. It's also funny watching the execs + Trump provoke the contestants into saying bad stuff each other. Most of the time they just do one jab, then the blood just flows on and on and on.... ha ha...
Yesterday, a new show came in and I ENJOYED IT LOTS! The RockStar is an amazing show where the contestants fight to be the lead singer for INXS ! Everyone has heaps of talent and this is one show I plan on following all through it... Plus they're from all over the globe too...And when you consider in addition to INXS, you also have Dave Navarro (from Red Hot Chilli Peppers!) helping to decide... It's gonna be one hell of a contest!!!

Weekend partying....:D
The WGS birthday party turned out to be a great success, although it did start off a bit slow, i.e. the guests were trickling in at the start, everyone being the procrastinators we are all famous for!
I almost managed to go under the radar, but someone (I think it was Michelle, you twit!) ratted me out!
I had a good time although it was pretty exhausting. The auction was great although I think I used up too much energy trying to bid. It was especially hilarious watching people like Blur doing his best to ensure no one else bought his gf! Fortunately his mates came to his aid.
One of the people I wanted to bid for decided to pull a disappearing act instead (I'm on to you though don't think I noticed!) so as a replacement I tried challenging Fiezan for Sierra. At the RM30 mark I realised that Fiezan was gonna stop at nothing so I beat a hasty retreat. She ended up at RM45, which incidentally was the highest female price together with Michelle.
The highest male price went to Wolf at RM70!! It ended up being an all-expensed paid trip to Singapore to see Neil Gaiman, how good a value is THAT! Man, if I had more to spare, I'd go for it too. Dawn won it though and they are in Singapore NOW as I type! Can't get a better deal than that folks!
We ended up at RM685 which was amazing especially considering the fact that the turnout was a bit smaller than the last time! Evening came and with it, lotsa lotsa pizzas, which disappeared pretty fast!
Somehow or rather, amidst all the festiveness, an 11-player ANACHRONISM tournament was held as well! Ha ha, thanks to Andy for organising it, although I didn't play, it was fun to watch. Those who weren't in the tourney played CHARADES inside.
Original plans for later that evening were to KARAOKE, but it was later scrapped and we went drinking at Arjun's place instead...
Lovely, but exhausting...
Sunday was good too :)
All in all, I had a good weekend, in lotsa ways...
Thanks.

Total randomness...
Don't look no more
Coz it'll only make your eyes sore...
Hey! Check out your R.E.M's
It's comforting the sanctuary that we have
I sneezed another brave idea
I wanna come look for you
And it'll be wonderful if I ever get there
The galaxy is open
So paint me on your right hand
And let's fly off Superman-style
It'll be so good
I'll never look back
Coz it'll only make your eyes sore...

Logging in...
Passwords. The more involved you are in comps, the more passwords you have to remember. Not to mention usernames!
Today i logged in to The Age paper in Australia. I wasn't sure what my account details were, but I tried anyway, and luckily I got it right first time. Otherwise, it's another reminder for me!
Hmm... let me compile a list of accounts I have that require passwords:
1. blogspot
2. blogdrive
3. yahoo
4. hotmail
5. The Age
6. WGS forums
7. My bank
8. My comp
9. Star Wars website (not Hyperspace)
10. Photobucket
11. Magic rankings
12. The Star
13. Epass (for radio dvr player)
Now that I've written that down, it doesn't seem like an enormous list does it? And yet, I can't remember them all anyway...
.... the things you do to distract yourself from other matters..............

The weekend...
Despite having the momentum dampened due to delay as a result of a lack of tables, my long-delayed Star Wars campaign took off! The first step took awhile, but I finally got there...
Saturday was a good day!
Sunday was not. And I'm not even sure why...

---> Indonesia!
This morning I had a chat with my neighbour (the mom) on my travels to Indonesia in the previous year. Of the most wonder to her was how it was that I was able to stay at two of my friend's family houses the entire time I was there! Thinking back, all I can say was, both families were extremely lovely and hospitable!
Was supposed to go in July for a business trip but doesn't seem likely at this stage. Still, I will be going at the end of the year to attend an event which I am extremely happy with. Willl update as time comes near.
Oh, to my Indo pals, if you're reading this, I need some help. I have some relatives who will be going to Jakarta in July. They're looking for hotel accomodation for three nights RM100-150 budget per night, preferably where cheap shopping places are nearby. Yes, obviously, they're of the shopping variety...

On a roll (or role, depending on what I'm talking bout!!
Currently preparing to start my first GMing for RPGs since 1999! Have not GMed for so long, my most successful stint being my Cyberpunk campaign.
With Star Wars it's so much easier as sources are aplentiful. With a SW enthusiast like Swedish in the group, things will be taking off!!
First session is tomorrow!
Note to self: Ask group whether they wanna change the course of history or stick with current story outcomes from the movies.

Weekend aftermath...
Here in Joe's, feeling really buggered. was over at Tish's house last night.
played lotsa pool and citadels! Felt sorry for Tish though, we introduce him to the Citadels game, then arseholes Joe and Raj proceed to kill him, steal his gold, and target his districts for destruction! Got screwed up, down, left, right centre, every which way...!
Pool was lovely, lost a lot though, but did get some training done on ball placement. Was a bit funny though when i managed to place the white ball just nice but the ball I aimed for did not actually get potted... hmm... something not right...
Also played for the first time 9 ball pool! Quite fun, had a race to 5 with Rudy, but we ended up on 3-3 had ta stop coz it was getting quite late (or early, depending on your perspective of 5 am :P)
Oh, btw, i've given up on writing about the rest of Swedish's and Ryan's party for now. If you want more sordid details, go to Triona's blog! (link on the left, plug plug!)Wed June 15th entry!
Alrighteo, off to cook lunch. Laterz...!
