What is the Euro Scout?
The Euro Scout is a feature in the MyEG Stadium Astro game
where once a month, you can bring in a player from a limited list from different Europe leagues. There are
only 5 options available for each position, totalling 20. These players are
from the Bundesliga (Germany), Serie A (Italy) and La Liga (Spain)
Here's the full list of players available for your easy reference (subject to price changes):

If you've read my previous columns you will understand my following thoughts: given you can only have ONE Euro player at any one time, why would you go for anyone other than Messi, Ronaldo or (to a lesser extent) Lewandowski? Defenders and goalkeepers aren't worth wasting the slot for.
The answer is of course the price. So with Messi or Ronaldo you are guaranteed goals on a fairly regular basis, but the challenge is to balance up the rest of your squad. These players pretty much fall into the definition of all-season powerhouse players that I talked about previously.
No doubt there are some fantasy football purists out there who feel that the game should stick to Premier League players. For me, it just adds a different layer to the game, it's a challenge that we can take on.
Note: If you haven't activated your Euro Scout for the month yet, here's the code for this month: Lukaku38. Do note that once you purchase a player, the Euro players options will disappear until you use a new code.

I wonder what happens if you buy De Gea as a local player and he ends up going to Real Madrid, would that be a bonus Euro Scout slot ha ha...
One final remark: You can activate the Euro Scout AND bonus transfer codes at the same time. So you can use the bonus transfer to bring in an Europe player or replace one you already have.

Just check the rules, we can actually use the Euro Scout codes more than once:-
A 'Euro Scout' can allow you to buy 1 x player. You can buy more than 1 Euro Scout in the football season. You do not need to purchase the player immediately, but cannot have more than 1 x 'Euro Scout' at the same time.
Time to save up for Ronaldo and Messi I would say!

I actually tried the same code "Lukaku38" but I received a message saying "I have already used this code".
You can buy more than 1 Euro Scout in the football season, but you need to use a different code. The new code should be available next month.

I think the rules means we can save the code, but one code can be used for one euro player only.
